All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Belgium & Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • International: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Delays
Editée is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
